[HAM] Leslie 122A Problems

The issue is that while switching from Chorale to Tremolo the horn sometimes stops for 5 or so seconds before gaining speed.? Sometimes I have to throw the switch a second time to make the speed change.

My tech replaced the board last week, as this began to happen and I noticed the horn was spinning much too fast.? However, even with the new board, the same thing occurred today.? I asked whether or not the switch itself may be the problem; he stated that the issue is DEFINITELY with the board.? His solution is to replace the board yet again (with one that he's actually tested for a week or so prior to installing in my cabinet).
