Hmm, and I was cursing my old school double stack 2 speed motor last nite. However, removing a dozen bolts, applying a little leslie oil, flipping the O-ring, retensioning the lower motor, and reinstalling does seem like less trouble than you're going through. Hate to say it but... yet another example of "old technology" versus "new technology" (let the debate rage on...). If these new motor controllers are having issues already what can one hope for in the longer term? Always sucks when something goes south, especially during a gig. When gigging I do (usually unless I'm really lazy or rushed) bring a cordless screwdriver and a few other appropriate tools along with the C3 chop and 147. While I haven't had to yet I am always ready to "take 5" to dive in and fix some minor problem if it should crop up. Which in itself may even have some entertainment value... Then, it started stalling again. -----Original Message----- From: Jordan Kersten <jordankersten at hotmail.com> To: The Hammond Forum <hammond at zeni.net> Sent: Tue, 5 Feb 2008 9:45 pm Subject: Re: [HAM] Leslie 122A Problems sounds fishy...if he replaced the board to fix the problem and then the problem came back somethings up. Sounds like you could have other issues like the motor or amp switching components or other parts that are causing a particular part on the board to fail. Did it work correctly at all when he replaced the board?
