Usually the only thing I have to disconnect before tipping the amp over on its side is the expression pedal linkage. Make sure you reconnect the yellow ground wire if it was connected by means of one of the four mounting screws. You can then turn the thing on, and being very careful not to get zapped, use something with a plastic shaft to jiggle those connections.
