[HAM] B3 Swell Capacitor

Scott,

You're right. I did write the suggestion, but I was having trouble  
with my router yesterday losing contact with the DSL modem, so the  
message languished in the Outbox without being sent. I assumed it had  
gone out....too much going on at once.
