[HAM] B3 Swell Capacitor

> try switching out the 12bh7 and/or 12Ax7 for known good ones (i.e.
non-microphonic). Check the shielded wire that connects the swell pedal
(green wire) for a good connection. Also, <inside> the swell cap housing
there are four screws that hold down the assembly- make sure these screws
are screwed tight to the preamp chassis.
