[HAM] Exact AO-28 Can Capacitors

I suppose, if you can't get the original style cans. What most people don't
realize is that those smaller electrolytic ( physical size not value) caps
work harder with less plate area than the originals which shorten
lifespan,and occasionally do not provide enough ripple suppression.
