There are two capped oil funnels the the top center right and left sides of
the motor that should get 5 to 8 drops each. The two funnels on the TWG
don't need more than two teaspoonsful in each, but it can take a week or two
to travel to all the bearings. 4 oz of oil will last for years.

If the organ is at less than room temperature its possible that you'll also
get squeaky bushings. The solution is to use a space heater or a lighbulb
to warm the interior.

As to the pedals, be sure that the organ is not on a pile carpet, or if it
is on a carpet, elevate the pedal side with a shim so that the pedals don't
sink in. You can also tip the organ onto its front and clean the pedal
actuators of dustbunnies that may be causing the B pedal to stick. If that
doesn't help, post back for more suggestions.
