[HAM] EX Wurlitzer Organ Model 4520 w/ Leslie model 45 Speaker

I just typed up Wurlitzer 4520 for sale and clicked into the internet.  Boom!  There was your listing.

I am looking for several Wurlitzer 4500 series organs to combine into my BIG Wurlitzer custom organ, here at my home in Kennesaw, Georgia.

I'm not too interested in the looks of the cabinet, or any external speaker equipment.  Just the basic instrument.  Would you be interested in selling it without regard to cabinet or leslie?  If so, how much?

I would drive to the location of the instrument to check it out, prior to handing over the cash payment.  So I'd like to know where it is located.  If it is in Canada, Michigan, or some place where there's plenty of cold weather, I'd want to wait for fair weather and good road conditions, etc. etc.
