Just a word of warning, not intended to be discouraging: This thing, 
usually referred to as the drawbar base, invariably comes with the 
drawbars, and a standard price that I have seen around is $400. The reason 
for this high price-point is, I guess, so many people want to convert their 
ratchet drawbars to smooth ones.
