I took a crack at translating:
 
He says he's desperate, all he thinks about is Hammonds, when he talks about 
them, he starts to foam at the mouth, his girlfriend doesn't like kissing him 
when his mouth is all foamy, and he's at risk of losing her.
 
His HAS is starting to affect his job and relationships.  He has lost many 
friends and aversion therapy didn't work for him.  He is afraid his condition is 
incurable.
