[HAM] Mod C3 loosing pitch after few minutes

Hi guys,
Back from ma vacation days and trying to keep on the search for a solution to my Hammond C3 problem I have discovered that actually I have a few corrections to make about it: here in Brazil we have the 60 cicles and 115V system in most of the cities (we used to have, in Rio de Janeiro, the 50 cicles 115V system). My C3 original Run Motor (that still there in the C3, thought it's driving the TWG axle) is a 50 Cicles 115V. That's why the 60 Cicles 115V Single Motor Mod has been done. I have talked to a technician from Rio de Janeiro and he said that it was a common Mod done in the brazilian hammonds that were bought in the 50 Cicles years.
I don't know if the Start Motor still there. I couldn't find it!
Also, the situation is getting gradually worse, 'cause the Organ is holding the correct pitch for less time now. What I could check is that the Single Motor is pretty hot when it makes the noise and goes to the half tone down pitch
So, I would like to ask you guys two questions:
1 - Is it possible to check the strength of the capacitor, to see if I could solve the problem by only changing the Capacitor...
2 - A Technician has sugested that I should put benzine on the oiling cups and run the organ for a few minutes for the next 20 days to clean it. This would eliminate the old oil or other dirt from the TWG. After these period, in which I would have to keep cleaning the dirt that will come out of the TWG, I should re-lubrificate it with HAmmond Oil. Do you think I should do that?
I have created a flickr account and posted a few pics of the Motor System of my C3 at:

Any help will be very much aprecciated!
Tks!
