I claim it doesn't matter.  Maybe someone can provide some light here
but it is changing its distance to the listener by maybe a half a
meter as it spins and the phase of the audio is shifting as well.  The
wavelength of 800 Hz at sea level is a half a meter so how could it
matter what the static phase is at any particular fixed rotation
angle?
