Really depends on the specifics of your application.  How long does the 
shaft have to be?  Does the shaft diameter have to match an existing knob? 
Single or double gang?  Clockwise or counterclockwise operation?  How many 
degrees of rotation?  How much current will be running through it?    PCB 
mounted or solder tabs?  Is it a replacement for an existing pot or an open 
design?
