It's really pretty simple to wire up the bass line out circuit found in
the Beauty in the B book. Running that through even a small bass amp
will give you extra bass punch if you're in need.

Didn't Rudy mix in the straight bass out signal (to taste of course) in
all those classic recordings, JOS included?
