> Subject: [HAM] Solutions to connect my C3 to my Leslie 147

> Hello Hammond experts...
> I'm a recent owner of a C3 and I also purchased a Leslie 147. I believe the C3s organs already have the B+, right? My previous organ was a CV and it had this B+ kit intalled so it doesn't need to receive the power from the Leslie cabinet, so I'm aware of this issue in Hammond organs.... The problem is that my C3 has two 5 pin sockets in the far right back of the pedals. I have a Leslie Combo Preamp and a sixpin cable. I also do have an old HalfMoon Switch System removed from my Hammond CV sold recently (check this photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/22997692@N02/sets/72157603930087289). So, I have a few questions:
> 1. How can I (or "is it possible to") install the HalfMoon system to connect my 147 directly to the organ and change the speed through the Half-moon tremolo switch? Will it work to get and adapter for the organ five pin socket to the six pin cable (or change the 5 pin female socket to a 6 pin female socket)?
> 2. Or should I try to get a Line Level Out from my organ and connect it through the Combo Preamp (which is the way I'm doing right bow, by connecting a cable in the back of the organ)? Could you point me out a good solution to the Line Level Out? I have the "Beauty in the B" book by Mark Vail, and there are a few suggestions on how to get this line level output, but there are so many info about this topic on the net that I don't which way to go.
