[HAM] Beauty in the B Link?

I recently purchased the second edition of "Beauty in the B". Great 
book! There's a section in there on Hammond licks everyone should know, 
and the author gives a URL for MIDI files and samples. The URL is 
http://www.backbeatbooks.com/b3.

I tried to go there, and the page doesn't exist. So I went to the 
customer service page at backbeatbooks.com and asked about it, and it 
was suggested that I "contact Backbeat Books directly". I wrote back 
stating that that's what I had done, and the (un)friendly rep just wrote 
back that they have "no information about this link".

Since the book refers to their web site, and they sell the book, I would 
have expected better.

So, does anyone know where the link in "Beauty in the B" has moved to?
