[HAM] hammond b3 question

I recently moved from one area to another.. My B3 always preformed great,  
but after the move it started to give my trouble starting.. The organ will crank 
 and crank when I hold in the start key, but it won't start.
The organ tubes will light but the Leslie tubes won't light, nor will the  
Leslie horn spin.. Is the problem the start motor or the amp??
