[HAM] V21 Drivers

That piece is not the voice coil or diaphragm.  I know you can get a replacement coil, but that piece does not come with it.

It's called a voice coil and diaphram. There are aftermarket ones available. 
I have never had any luck with them. Put an Atlas PD60A driver in the Leslie 
and you'll be a lot happier!
