Brings up a point - Was this tensioning system in BC's too? I have a set of
BC manuals and TG from the preferred serial range ("modern" upper foldback,
no 16' foldback) that I'd like to mate with some 3-series stuff. I haven't
taken off the DB base and looked at the key channels. If they're spring
tensioned then I guess I better keep a few of these.

I got a ton. I think I can even offer straight or bent. (ok, run with that
someone). I assume this is sans pull knob? (maybe you can work that one
in, too)

Uh, your rock star good looks?

I would. That was one of the choice parts. :)

I would however be willing to unload the motors as I have a few "in stock".
The run motor is questionable but I think the start is good. I'd test it
before sending it.

This was an "A", not an A100, so no light.

As an aside, these things are a bitch to get apart. The only way I could
separate the manuals was to pull them out and take off the blocks. If the
BC is like that, I'll be making some changes when I get to that project.
