Well, that's not good to hear... my "A" has a cracked key on the lower 
manual.  I could live with that, but I have the manuals out, the 
cabinet's been refinished and have a replacement key.   Can I lift the 
top manual without damaging something?  I can see what bolts need to 
come loose but would welcome any advice.  Not too many have worked on 
"A"s, it seems.
