The manuals are already out?  Then you're in bizness.  It seemed crazy to me
but the blocks on this "A" were one piece.  I keep thinking there has to be
an easier way, but if that's the same on yours, and the manuals are out,
then take out all the bolts holding the ENDblocks (not the cheekblocks, now)
EXCEPT the ones holding the front of the lower manual on.  You should be
able to swing the blocks out and lift the front of the upper manual.  You
may need to stick a 2x4 under the back of the lower manual (carefully) for
support and to avoid smashing the tabs where the wiring harness attaches.  

Caveat - I'm going from memory and I was none too careful about the job I
was doing because I was parting.  I was in a rush and although I had a
recollection of the procedure for changing a key being in the appendices of
the GSM I couldn't find it.  I THINK the procedure was specific to later
organs but again, not too sure.  My GSM is at my workshop or I'd check it
now.
