[HAM] 32H woes

I've been trying to get my 32H series 3 going without much success. That could be because I don't know what I'm doing but I'll tell you the problem. The 122 I use works perfectly, but when I plug the cable into the 32H the upper horn makes sound but very weak and the FC bass speaker makes no sound at all. All the tubes in the amp light up but the 4 power tubes never get more than warm to the touch. Anyone know what could be wrong?  -JL
