[HAM] Can't get M-3 to wind up...

Hi Jack.

If it spins freely and comes to a hold after 2 to 3 seconds its not necesary
to spin it manually anymore. Just make sure that the bearings are well
soaked in oil. Once lubricated, you may check the oil again in a year or so.
