[HAM] Can't get M-3 to wind up...

Got it working!  Little Hammond oil applied directly to some areas (notably the synchronous motor shaft) seems to have done the trick.  Now to replace the tubes (about half no longer have getters, and a few are original, i.e. from 1959!)  And we should (hopefully) be in business.

Are you turning off the start switch 4 counts after turning on the run 
switch? If you're not, I'm gonna tell.
