[HAM] Leslie Field Coil Speaker Socket?

The four-pin field coil speaker socket in the Leslie amp I'm working  
on is cracked.

Before I get out the epoxy, does anyone happen to have a NOS one of  
these?

I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd ask.

Were these a standard socket or something Leslie had made for them?
