[HAM] M-102 Scanner bearing .

   I have used denatured alcohol to clean the bearing and then squirted 
some oil in and let it
sit a while , but, the bearing is still showing no signs of spinning 
freely. It turns stiffly by hand.
  Interestingly, the Hammond Wiki page on rebuilding a scanner doesn't 
even go to this level.
    The question I have is, does the rotor shaft spin inside the bearing 
or, is the shaft fixed
to the bearing and the whole thing spins in the case?
