David, I haven't had the time yet to read your paper -- was out of town. 
But anyway, I appreciate your precision in naming stuff; it does matter. In 
the world of Hammonds though, these Mylars were/are simply called "red 
caps," a misnomer as well, but a Hammond nut will always know what is meant 
by it.
