[HAM] CV tone generator type

I was interested in a local sale CV but its serial number (12007) would
indicate an 82 frequency generator. Would that be an issue for LHB and
pedals work? I do rely on LHB and pedals so I'm guessing this is
probably a deal breaker. Anybody have any comments on the sound of the
82 freq genny and how well it covers the bass?
