Go with a Sprague Atom  TVA-1705   10uf at 450V  available at 
www.newarkinone.com  or www.mouser.com    Some boxes have a 250V or 350V 
like the 038208 or the 0??457 boxes ,    You might as well go with the 450V 
if you have the room.  As I am suspecting you are using just your ordinary 
tremolo square box  (8000 kit type) so you are likely replacing a 450V cap 
anyway.   The sprague replacement is 5/8 inch in diameter and the body is 1 
3/4 inch plus it is an excellent quality cap .   Mike P
