[HAM] Ethics

I'm another who was going to steer clear of this mire because frankly I
can't tell WTF is going on, but this last post is really confusing.

I thought (and again I'll gladly accept correction) that one needed to
subscribe with a specific email address to be able to post here.  I'm just
asking...why are you subscribed with two?

I'd also like to add that David Anderson was the first one out with the
flamethrower, which was a shock to me because he has NEVER posted anything
even APPROACHING that tone on any list I've seen him on.  He's an extremely
technical mind and has generously answered MANY "dumb" newbie questions and
humbly appealed to the wisdom of others.  I'd be surprised if there's anyone
on any listserv who doesn't respect him because when he opens his mouth he's
shown he knows what he's talking about.  Not that David needs any defending
from the likes of me, and not to say he (and others) couldn't be wrong...but
for him to so VEHEMENTLY defend someone...well the logical conclusion is
that he knows what he's talking about again.
