If you're looking for an insurance quality appraisal, anyone reputable would 
want to see and play the instrument in person. There may be structural 
flaws, sound or playablilty issues that pictures wouldn't address.  Tell us 
where you live, and the list might be able to suggest a tech who can give 
you an eyeball appraisal.

If you just want a ballpark estimate of what somebody in your area might pay 
for a B3 in the condition you describe, you can post a couple pictures of 
the cabinet and internals, provide the serial number, and give us your 
location, from which you might get a variety of responses that you can 
average.  Location, playing history, case condition and servicing can make a 
big difference in FMV.
