[HAM] B3 Value

My insurance company will insure my (cargo/band) trailer, but, will not
insure my equipment that's inside my trailer. I guess I'll have to find a
company that specializes in this kind of insurance. What do you guys do?
What company do you suggest?
Also, I was told once upon a time, that if my B3 was in my house, like a
piece of furniture, it "would be" covered by my home owners insurance. But,
if it was out of the house, on a gig, or en-route to or from a gig, it
"would not" be covered. And, I was also told that my equipment in the
trailer would be covered, if the trailer was stolen or broken into while
sitting at my house.
Aparently, there's a lot of "if, and's and but's" in the wording of
insurance policies concerning this kind of stuff.
Par for the course I guess.
