I was under the impression that your auto insurance covers your organ if damage occurs enroute.  That includes the contents of your trailer.

As far as having stuff stolen that's off your property, I checked into this and the wording on my policy stated it was covered if it were

"normally stored at your residence"  I believe the onus would be on you to prove that the organ was normally stored at home and was temporarily off the property.
