[HAM] Hammond Sampling

The samples of the samples(!) on the web sounded ok, but not exciting. If 
they're not properly truncated at the file start you'll have a delay and/or 
perception of distance.

If you have a wav-editor on your computer it should be easy to check.

If that's not the problem, there's something with the way the samples are 
assigned to the parts/setups. Hard to see from here...
