Rebuilding Your TR250 or TR6 Heater at Home
Heaters are fairly simple. Let me start again. Heaters are very simple. You
can rebuild yours at home, replacing only what it needs, or you can send it to us
at TRF, and we can rebuild it at C.A.R. Components. At C.A.R., we will
completely disassemble it, bead blast the metal cabinet, repaint it in black
enamel inside and out, replace the motor and radiator core, reassemble it, and
send it back to you ready to install and to function for another lifetime. All new
mounting hardware is included. But again, you can do this work at home. The
metal cabinet is assembled with screws and rivets, and you will have to drill out
the rivets. The rest is really self-explanatory.
