TRF's plastic gearbox cover is precision-made from the same material as
industrial hard hats, as this combines high-strength with light weight. We
developed these from several generations of fibreglass gearbox covers back in
the mid-1980's. Other companies have copied our cover, but they have not
beaten its high quality or its reasonable price. Beware, very nasty fibreglass
gearbox covers available from one other vendor.
