The capping units on the door tops of the TR3A and TR3B were steel and
were prone to rusting. TRF has new steel cappings along with other

ELBOW CAPPING RECOVERING KITS
Each kit includes eight pieces of material for recovering all if
the cockpit capping pieces on your car. Pieces are cut to size but
are not pre-formed. In the cars where cappings were leather
covered, all of the capping pieces were covered in leather except
for the three on the rear deck which were vinyl covered. The leather
kits listed below include leather and vinyl pieces.
