"Made Exactly to Original Patterns"
As mentioned above, there are essentially two patterns of hood stick covers fitted to the
TR2 and TR3 models. This is the later type fitted after the second stud behind the door had
been moved up and back to keep it from fouling the rear edges of the Dzus side curtains. If
your car has the later stud position, you definitely want this later hood stick cover, as the early
one will not fit your car very well. Note that with the change in pattern, Triumph itself went to
the less-expensive sewn through type of binding, and we make our components exactly as
original in this way...
