We've been trying to connect with the manufacturer of these beautiful radiators
since the TR250, TR6 Glove Box Catalogue was published in Autumn 2004, and you
will find a rudimentary listing for them on page 34. Now that we finally have them
in stock, I am writing a more complete listing, and this section will be included in the
new edition of the Glovebox Catalogue to be published in the weeks ahead.
I understood the concept of the alloy radiator, including beautiful fabrication,
better heat conductivity, and lighter weight. To paraphrase McDonalds, however,
seeing is believing. These radiators are beautiful, and they are surprisingly light in
weight. I can easily hold one in my hand with my arm fully extended straight out
from my body. I tried this with an original radiator, and I could jerk it up, but I
couldn't hold it at arm's length. Finally, we weighed both the alloy radiator and a
stock Triumph radiator, and the alloy radiator weighs only ten pounds, a little more
than half the weight of the stock radiator..
