URETHANE SUSPENSION BUSHES INCREASE PERFORMANCE,
MGB
Urethane is being used increasingly for applications formerly available only in rubber. Urethane deflects
less than rubber under cornering loads and acceleration, and it does not deteriorate as readily as rubber in hot
climates and polluted atmospheres. Probably, MG would have used urethane if it had been available for such
applications when the cars were built. Note, however, that urethane may add more road feel to your car than
it has with rubber components. If you think this would be disagreeable, you may wish to stick with stock
