INSIDE DOOR HANDLES AND WINDOW CRANKS, TR250,
TR6, GT6, SPITFIRE

We have been selling our own handles for several
months, and they are really well done. They are so nice
because we wanted our own handles, and we wanted them to
be the best. Therefore, we took a year to make sure our
manufacturer completely understood what we wanted. The
castings are sharp, and the plating is smooth without beading
in the grooves such as you will find on reproduction handles.
The knobs on window cranks are more as original than those
of reproduction handles. TRF now manufactures every
component listed in this section for quality and consistency.
Note that removing and installing handle retaining pins
can be hard work. There are special tools for this job, but it
can be done with a couple of screw drivers for prying the
handles away from the plastic discs and a pair of needle nose
pliers for removing and installing pins.
These handle sets are original for TR250, TR6, and
GT6+. Window cranks are original for Spitfire mk.4 and
Spitfire 1500. Handle sets can be retrofitted to TR4 and
TR4A, early Spitfires, and GT6.
